Cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancel prior to on-line signup closes (Thursday evening at 8:00 pm prior to the event weekend) and receive full refund.
• Cancel after on-line signup closes, but before the event starts and receive 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for no shows without notification.
