Thanks to all that joined us for the 2014 STRA business meeting and awards banquet we had a great time watching old videos from past world rounds as well as personal videos from past members The night was capped off with some great door prizes and fellowship .

The North American Trials Council met this past weekend in Columbus, Ohio, where it set the schedule for the 2015 and 2016 US National MotoTrials Series, as well as made a few structure changes to a couple of the national classes. In a effort to keep travel costs down for riders travelling to the national events, the NATC has split the Support class championships into East and West divisions, while the Pro, Expert and 125 Expert classes will contest the entire schedule. Starting in 2015, the series will be divided into the AMA/NATC Eastern National Championship Series and the AMA/NATC Western National Championship Series for the following classes:

Some of our STRA members went to compete in the Dixie Cup and came out smelling like roses! “Geezer’s RULE!”
ITSA is hosting Rounds 1 & 2 of the 2014 National Championship Series at Trials Training Center on July 12th & 13th. We would like to take this opportunity to invite any STRA members to come join us for this event. ITSA does have a mono-shock division. For information and times visit ITSA’s website. What a great weekend! I know a lot of you were wanting a copy of the results from the STRA Mototrials Event at the Chert Pit in Ringgold, GA. It good to see so many of you there honoring the memory of Mark Moon! Alex Niederer won both days in the Champ/Pro class. Kris Gilreath took away the win on Day 2, riding with Mark’s number on his bike.
Gary Holbert, Alex Niederer, and Tom McNeal were the overall top riders for the weekend (pictured below).
What a perfect end to a wonderful weekend. Hope everyone makes it home safely!
