I wanted to give everyone an update as we’re going in to the
Holiday Season. We’re working on
finalizing the 2024 STRA season schedule and will have that published in
December. We do have the schedule for
the 2024 NATC Season. It is as follows:

For those attending the Toy Trial at TTC on Dec 2, we will have a short information meeting for the national planning, followed by some riding on Dec 3rd. We will follow this up with an on-line TEAMs meeting in January for interested parties.
After too much procrastination, I have updated the results section of the website to include results from Fun In the Sun, along with the championship standings through round 2.
Our next event in this non-typical spring season will be at Hickory Hills in Lenoir City, TN on June 25-26. This is the weekend before Family Camp at TTC, so if you have trials friends coming to family camp from other areas, let them know about our event so they can come ride with us.
I know that Papa Joe is excited to be back on the schedule for 2022. Look for sign up information for this event in early June.
Wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I hope everyone is able to spend time with family and friends over the next couple of weeks. If you’re able to get a little riding in too, all the better!
I have incorporated rule changes approved by the membership at the business meeting and posted to rules for 2022 to the Riding Rules section of the website.
After the toy trial at TTC we spent some time the following day to scout some section locations for the national. We’ve identified some good section areas that haven’t been used in a while (if ever). We will have a work weekend on January 15-16 (and 17 if that is a holiday for you) to start the work of clearing out sections. A couple of us will be bringing chainsaws and limb loppers. Come on out and pitch in!
The 2021 Schedule has been posted and we are now open for new and renewed memberships for 2021. For membership renewals you will need to log in to the site using your existing login credentials.

With saddened hearts, we said farewell to the nicest, most amazing and inspirational man we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. What a beautiful service. Mark Moonhad to have been smiling down on “Team Moon” from heaven. Rest in peace, dear friend.

The service for Mark Moon was a beautiful one! Many of Mark’s friends and loved ones were in attendance. There were many Southeastern Trials Riders Association members present. Among those were STRA Vice President – Charlie Roberts, STRA Secretary Treasurer – Darrell Davis, STRA Youth Director – Tripp Almon, STRA Competition Director – Griff Shirley, and many STRA Members including: Randy Sharp, Reggie Winkle, Kris Gilbreath, Tim Cash, Sonny Roberts and Sam McNair all of which were either pallbearers or honorary pallbearers.
