2024 Business Meeting

The 2024 STRA Business Meeting will be held on October 12, 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Pavilion at the TTC.  The purpose of the meeting is to update the status of the STRA to the membership, consider rule changes for 2025 season, discuss plans for the 2025 season, and elect officers and board of directors for 2025. The meeting agenda will follow.

If you have suggestions for rule changes, or other changes for the organization that you would like to propose at the business meeting, please e-mail them to me at president@stratrials.com by 9:00 pm on October 8, 2024.  If you submit items, please plan on attending the business meeting to discuss.  If you don’t attend the meeting, your item will not be considered.  Items not submitted by this date will not be considered at the meeting.

In accordance with our ByLaws, the STRA has a Board of Directors which is made up of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and up to two at large members.   Nominations for all of the officer positions listed above, as well as membership director, competition director and youth director will be accepted.    Feel free to call me at (706) 373-2786 or email me at president@stratrials.com if you would like more information.
